Returns and Refunds

Matka Beauty, LLP (“Matka”) has a 30 day refund and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed, that means that you can no longer request a return or be entitled to a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt as the proof of purchase, this would normally be in the form of the original email you received from us when you purchased the item.

To start a return, you will need to contact us by sending an email to hello@matkabeauty.com, ensuring you include your order number and REFUND/RETURN REQUEST in the Subject Line of the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

In some circumstances you may only be eligible for a partial refund, this would be, but not limited to, a situation where the item is damaged, used or missing items that are not due to the fault of Matka.

If more than 15 business days have passed since Matka approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@matkabeauty.com.

Exchanges and Damaged or Defective Items 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective. You can send an email to hello@matkabeauty.com with the Order Number and DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM in the subject of the email. We will assess the situation and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we have received and inspected the item we will send a replacement item.

14 Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union Only)

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
